The Legendary Monkeys began life as The Drunken Monkeys and consisted of a small group of online friends. Some of these moved guild to The Burning Souls to be with a bigger group and began some casual raiding. When the Burning Souls disbanded most of that guild moved to The Drunken Monkeys which became The Legendary Monkeys as it was felt a slightly more serious name was required so that the wow world would not look at them as beer swigging, hair apes!

The Legendary Monkeys continued 10 man raiding but was also a social guild. Many of the raiders felt they needed a guild dedicated to raiding only and formed Simulacrum. They kept their alts in TLM and kept in contact. Some moved on to bigger and better things with 25 mans to various guilds but still kept in touch and grouped now and then together for 5 mans etc.

The Legendary Monkeys is still home to many alts and now also mains of the original gang who now want to build up the guild again. It will be a social guild mainly, but with some level 80 5 mans, pvp and the occasional 10 man raid if there are enough people interested.
